How do you pick-up customers from the airport? We offer 2 pick-up options?


SeaTac Airport Pick up Information:

Curb Side

The "curb side pick up" is a great way to be welcomed by our company in Seattle. This has been the fastest and simplest option for our clients. The driver will pick you up curb side (outside of the baggage claim area and underneath the same airlines signboard that you arrived on).

It takes only 2 phone calls and no waiting time. First, please call (206) 331-1941 as soon as your plane lands. Second, when you collect your luggage call at the same number and our driver will meet you promptly.


Airline Baggage Claim

The driver will arrive at baggage claim holding a sign with the client's name. There is an additional charge for this service - $20.


When will you charge my credit card?

We do not charge your credit card until the day of the reservation. Pre-payments can be arranged online or by phone.


Will I be charged for waiting time?

No, there is no charge for waiting time on the airport service. We monitor all our customers flight status in case of delays or any early arrivals


What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior to pickup time by e-mail or 6 hours by phone to avoid being charged. If we do not receive any cancellation notice within the time frame above, you will be charged the minimum fee of $20.


What is your service guarantee?

Once receiving a reservation confirmation from us your ride is guarantee to be waiting for you upon arrival. Online reservations must be made no less than 2 hours in advance of a pick-up time. Due to inclement weather, A Plus Town Car reserves the right to cancel the reservation if driving conditions are too hazardous. Our clients safety is our # 1 priority.


Why do you charge round trip in-advance for 'Cruise Ship' transfers?

We charge our cruise ship passengers in advance because that gives us an assurance where the same customer will not be using a different transportation company.


What are your hourly rates?

Hourly rates for any occasion with 2 hours minimum: $60 - Town Car


Does your rate include the driver's gratuity?

No, our rates are a flat company rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for a driver.


Are your rates per person or per car?

Yes, our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the number of passengers for a town car.


Do you charge extra for additional stops?

The rate quoted on the website does not include any additional stops made during your trip. Additional stops are calculated by the distance deviated from the route between the original pick-up and destination. You may get an exact quote for additional stops, in advance, by speaking with our dispatcher at (206) 331-1941.


Do you allow pets in your cars?

Yes, we do! All pets must be in a kennel or a carrier bag. For large dogs you will need an SUV. Only service dogs are allowed inside the vehicle without a kennel.
